Based on the progress speed, it will take them another 4-5 months for structural topup.

Another 9months to go before year end. I think if they can't complete by end of this year, it will be first quarter next year.

Agree. Maxim Sentul just complete the top floor, they say will deliver end of this year. Maxim Cheras was slower than Sentul...

so the highest should be 34th

As called to developer to confirmed. No credit card is allow for tnb and syabas deposit.
Warm remind. Due date is middle of April.

Not sure when is VP.
But earlier collection desposit for Tnb n syabas quite normal as registration through tnb n syabas take alot of time.

I had pass the deposit to sales office yesterday. They told me Maxim Residence will complete at July 2017 as schedule but Maxim Citylights is end of this year.
