Hi Guys,

I got a question, does the maintenance fee for "Service Residence" VS "Condominium" could different a lot?
For example unit 1100 sf, Currently developer telling is RM 0.40 psf, My friend told me that it could be higher. Is this real? Typically/Commonly how much will it cost for 1100 sf for Condo vs Service Residence?

My Feeling is Condo Maybe around 1100 * 0.40 = RM 440,
While Service Residence could be around 1100 * 0.80 = RM 880

is this estimation correct?

There are no hard and fast rule on this.
All is depend on the JMB cost.

source from my mom's friend,anyway ive called the agent just now, now left sub-sales unit . there is no unsold unit left. all sold out.
