its a big step, risks buying a property for 1mln and hoping to sell it though..esp with areas like SA..
market is so slow and now buying capacity is reduced to our so called progressing economy..

Now it is really not wise to invest as market expect to have tough ride. Investor should wait till more good values. Just plain too many supply in the area.

Bukit Jalil is so crowded now, u can play wait game.

Market is slow in general.
Its the buyers market now. Sellers who dont have holding power, will be forced to sell below market price or low profit margin.

400-700k property is difficult to find, unless in Setia Alam or other upcoming areas. 700k above for landed..

just drop by the project last week. Saw the refuse room is place within the fire lobby? Does it caused any fire risk to the residents and fire hazardous to the fire fighting? Wonder how it can get the CCC and also to renew Bomba yearly inspection in the future..

1. is Twin Arkz on residential title?

2. If it is not, then it's on commercial title, anyone can share the electricity tariff, water tariff, cukai pintu, cukai tanah etc.

funny the "onion" get's the blame for pollution, traffic etc... what about MEX that's built right next to houses and condo, Paradigm Mall 2, Skylux, LRT station near esplanade and KM2. Before this not jam and congested. Now cramp like Sardine. I think those people who make their comment really have no clue what they are talking about and never stayed in Bukit Jalil.
