What do you mean by onion?

u never knw....as this happened to my relative property in Ara Damansara area....brought a nice condo...then complaint tht a piece of land nearby being developed blocking so called view and wind path...i told him anything goes as long as no big or small onion......but  after a few mths really they build a medium size onion there...pengsan..man...spoilt the area tranquality and especially Friday....tht rd jam packed where everyone double parked their car like no law. So back to twin akrz, what can we do if they decided to build a big onion? u cant protest as if u do they come and burn dwn your condo...so dnt sikit sikit complaint lah if any residence or condo build beside...block sikit tak apa....somemore calvary church is nxt door...they hv every rite to build an onion if they want citing u can build a big church there why not i build a bigger onion? I think the nearest onion is at bandar kinrara...but sometime they are crazy one within 300m also want another onion regardless any size..

Sorry some correction. Twin Arkz is on Commercial land , but is under HDA. Yes the water and electric slightly expensive.
