Keen to sell 1170 sqft Twin Arkz unit, level 10. Facing the Park. Do get in touch via message and we can negotiate if it is reasonable. Not based in Malaysia, hence thinking of letting go of the property. Still looks brand new, Fully Furnished. Leased only 1 and tenant barely resided. |
