Cant remember. If not mistaken the 2 series. Best to go to Transloyal yourself and then the site if you are interested. The topography also is important. You will not see the cemetary from any of the houses as they are built on higher ground. Some of the future 3-storeys are bearer to the cemetary.

Morning sun cooling lar bros- I think everybody knows this. Dont choose to near the guard house as a lot of cars will pass through...

for the bumis.. how do u pay the deposit? only pay 3% after bumi discount?
i went to the site and realised BA not using the normal brick (small clay or cement brick); instead using some kind of big size brick (light weight brick).
is this okay? later wanna do renovation or hang some pic; wont easily crack the wall?

Spec for phase 1.. In d snp state that wall using prefab slab concrete/light weight brick.. SA told me wall between houses using prefab slab.. Wall for front and back use light weight brick.. I think they try to promote prefabricated home in malaysia kott (betul ke)... Hahha.. Some of my friends told.. If it is true they using that kind of thing.. Mata gerudi pon patah (means the wall very strong).. I dont know..

For phase 2, will there using the same tiles as phase 1? i saw phase 1 master bedroom toilet tiles quite ok but dont like the tiles of bedroom 2 and 3, can we select the tiles same like master room?

I was told by SA that in addition to the prefab slab, steel is used as well as part of the side wall structure. How I found it? I asked if I could break the wall if I buy 2 units side by side. The transloyal guy said wall cannot as steel will be used as part of the wall? My question, how the slab both slab n steel are put together?
