i get sms from our friend here asking on price,,,,haiya,,,, i'm becoming transloyal SA oledy!
transloyal gives discount, but they x really want to say it out loud, i don't know why. all i can say here, you need to check with them what sort of discount they give,,, burung awal ke/ or other discount. following is what written on sale form: list price : 428,000 less disc : 30,000 nett selling price : 398,000 guys, better go now,,,, selling hot hot hot, my junior at my office pun tak tahan tunggu, booking already, takut harga naik lagi. |

An alternative to this will be Qaseh by Sime Darby in Bukit Raja. However BU is small.

Once you go down the juction before go up the ramp to phase one, turn right..the cemetery on your left...those who bought nearest to the field will be the nearest to cemetery...and phase 3 even nearer
