cons:
developer only provide 1 air-cond point .. so u may need to do some drilling work, but i'm not sure wther we can do it with concrete block.

There is no other phase for landed house... nowadays we cannot easily trust people. hehe. Maybe he is trying to 'pancing' ur $$ for phase 5 deposit. who knows????

No, from menara tm branch.. apply under two names, BIMB requires mrtt for both names which cost us around 22k.. maybank can take mrtt for one name only.. sometime i feel skeptical with BIMB.

same with bank.. last time maybank said they will give 14days tolerance for late payment but when i ask lawyer to include clause in agreement they said cannot.. all clauses are taken from maybank. it is a template. they cannot change/amend it.. i asked lawyer, who pay u for legal, bank or me? so u're going to protect me or bank?..

BA uses not very good material i.e. concrete block, one of the disadvantage i found is all windows must be designed up to ceiling level even at the kitchen area.

Just wonder why no other developer using this kind of material for their project..
