Yes, just few KM from Bangi tol, under Mah Sing, Southgate. But the price much more higher compare to Bangi Avenue.

How come completed this year, when phase 2 not even launch? I saw huge banner "Seri Azalia" in front of Trans loyal office. I guest they will launch phase 2 soon.

I booked 2 unit 20x70 last Sat. they cant qoute the price yet as the price cant confirm yet. I bet they wait for PRU, but expected above 400k.

From what i saw on the masterplan, seem this the last phase of 2stry. Next phase would be 3stry terrace. is it true?

I paid already for 20x70, but change my mind, take 20x75. so any1 interested with 20x70. House location facing the outside road. So you'll have more parking space. pM or whatapp me 0163356529 before tomorrow. Else the unit will go to waiting list ppl.
