for the bumis.. how do u pay the deposit? only pay 3% after bumi discount?
i went to the site and realised BA not using the normal brick (small clay or cement brick); instead using some kind of big size brick (light weight brick). is this okay? later wanna do renovation or hang some pic; wont easily crack the wall? |

hmm not sure its easy pecah2 or not.. i check this video.. it seem that its the house is easy for modification or renovation (can easily cut the wall and plaster back)... dis been done in perlis.. cool stuff.. if im not mistaken our highrise using this kind of concrete to build the wall..difference is they did on the building site
