Mine quite funny though, house selection thru whatsapp. the development plan not even in pdf, received only pic using phone camera. then my SA gave few banks loan form (using whatsapp too). Not sure this is really professional, but what can i do, wifey like this house already.

My SA asked to choose first, then check with banker.

There is no new launches for landed if I'm not mistaken, only for high rise.

hi all, i currently stay in condo, and i looking for landed property

and my wife already have one 3stry in bangi avenue, my question is , shall i move in,

1. we both work in KL, izzit no convenience travel from KL to bangi avenue?

2. my mother in law stay in kajang jalan reko, if i wan to go there, is that the only way to reach there is use the ukm mountain route?

3. does any one can give me master room measurement ? cos i wan to do one big display case if i wan to move in.

finally, any pro and cons can share with me? thanks yea

1. Specific a bit can? Which part of KL? Travel by what? Car? Train?
From here to Tol Sg Besi by car no jam, but after tol sg besi is another story.

2. I dono where is UKM mountain route, but what I know there is route will open soon from serene to alam sari (maybe open edy). Another alternative is old route from pekan bangi
