what pre loan means? what's your story anyway? u booked as well?

from what my sa told me,

you need get preloan before choice unit,
only those who sucess for preloan will go unit selection on 12/8/2018 at sales gallery

but that is few batch, 1st batch on 12/8/2018

Pre loan means.. They will check with banker. If possibility to pass. Then they will proceed to next part which is pick unit and after that they will proceed for official loan. Official loan will decide whether our loan pass or not. The problem is.. What is your Block? What is your que number sir,? Because i heard choose unit on 26/8

For 20' house with 7 bedroom + 7 bathroom, gated/fence & guarded. Big entrance / guard house. Really worth for money (this was my thought last time).

I almost buy this house last 3 years. The agent open the price at 635K.
I asking for discount less for 5k only but agent/owner refuse to give.

And due to this + poor communication skill by that agent. So I cancel the purchase.
And never regret it. Hehe...

Owhhh, hahaha, yerp. Nowdays agent need to work harder. Btw, agent quoted 630K, after nego 620K
