Lol... SEH is a little north if compare to BA. Actually BA is very close to EM, if straight line is about 2.5-3km.

From BA go into North South still need to pass through the bandar seri putra, about 1.5km to reach the toll booth, got any traffic light?

SEH will have direct access to Semenyih Lekas toll, if from the SEH welcome center, is about 1.5km as well, no traffic light, comparable distance.

Agree, but the commercial activity around BA now seems a bit lacking.. BA shall build an shopping complex in future?

Comparatively SEH is stone throw away from the existing Tesco with mature commercial area.

Logically, don't think people shall use commuter as the transit to the MRT, unless KTM commuter schedule is very punctual.

Commuting time from Bangi Station to Kajang station is already about 10 minutes, excluding the waiting time.

By the way, what's the best route from BA to Bangi komuter station? Need to go through the Bangi old town?

Using ktm commute to KL is okay, but using ktm as transit to MRT in future would not be so convenient I presume.

Yes, indeed there are many people using the KTM commute to KL.. Hopefully one day Bangi can become a station for the express rail to stop by as well.

Oic, most likely transloyal will build a link bridge to connect their apartment with the KTM later, hopefully not only small bridge that allow person to walk only.. if really a walkway, should give a cover one, otherwise will be headache if raining season..

Nope, but is keen to know more about this development, as it is really near to EcoMajestic / Ecohill, if next time really there is a connecting road linking both townships, then it will be good for the EcoMajestic / Ecohill residents too...

Yeah, especially NSE highway and Lekas Highway are just nearby, why not link it up for the benefits of residents in both townships..

Yeah, too over already.. better come back to Bangi Avenue.. As I said, this project has its own target and shall not same exactly as those SEH / EM.. Yeah, SEH and EM maybe intensively using hard marketing strategy but this is common now for establishing brand.. I would say that even give Transloyal another 10 years period, but with its current marketing strategy, they will never achieve the branding status as SP Setia / Ecoworld can achieve as at today... My 2 cents though...
