No data and internet roaming, i tell you, battery life save a lot... the rest depends on how much wifi you use. My campus, every room have LAN port, so, a download heaven in terms of speed...

you bought 920 so fast la... Ah Jib Gor just tukar the gula2 from RM500 or less to no limit (iinm)

I lazy go apply lah, haiz, skmm website heavy traffic for a few days, cant even enter and get the form, by then maybe the 1.5million spots available will be snatched up already. I thought i could use that money to grab a Lumia 620, my dad still stuck on Symbian S60v5, he should try and experience windows phone.

Wau, smart students! Are you studying oversea? What are you doing? LAN port got wifi one? I thought LAN port is something like you connect to telephone line one? I'm not sure If I have a modem at home connected using telephone line, I will need to buy a wireless router right? Ty^^

LolXD the number of people won't be capped at that moment... I think only less than 50 000 people applied already lolxd Just that it takes long time to load... but the issue might have been solved

No lah, im in local university, doing Dentistry. LAN port, or shoul i call it ethernet port, the port to plug in the cable found on your laptop, that kind of port. I use use cable directly to my laptop, get 100MBps cable speed instead of the 54MBps on wifi.

the simplest is grab wi-fi router

Sadly, 'real' money is all in iOS, worst in Android. WP's status, look-see-look-see, depends heavily this year, if Microsoft fails to get any traction with Windows Phone, they are really toast this time, together with Nokia.

Routers are illegal, especially the N type ones, causing havoc to the network...

There is still space for a 3rd and 4th competing platform. And dont forget there is more like Ubuntu OS coming in 2014. Microsoft wants to unify smartphone, tablet and desktop OS which is a good idea, but especialy for tablet - windows RT they ended up confusing people more because on the surface, it looks exactly like the full windows 8.

Actualy my fren, worst is WP and BB at the moment. Most 'real' money all in iOS ecosystem with a bit on Android.

and router is illegal in his case bcos his university dun want troubles caused by internet sharing etc...
