So I should take the phone back? The last time I tried it can be forced to download mode. I think I flashed the wrong rom..any ideas? Advices?

Not true ...... So far touch wood , I havent claim for my SGS3 yet but a lot of times for SGS2 especially my 1st unit . I went in to claim for warranty at least 3 times , once for the screen , then for the speaker and home buttom . I went with CM7 installed . A simple bootup would have seen it . There are other devices as well which I claim while using custom rom on it .

Restore to Stock ROM using Odin, then use a USB jig to reset the counter. It should be safe to send to the Samsung Service Center now.

Not trying to cheat me. try the one near federal highway. they provide better service i assume. i went there on saturday morning at 9am, i was the 2nd customer. the guy asked whether i needed the phone on the same day, i said yes. he then tried to squeeze time to repair my phone and i got it back on the same day at 1pm (they work half day on saturdays). also i had no prove on my problem as it happens occasionally, but still he fixed it for me on the spot. very impressed with their service and attitude. head to that SC and try ur luck, i think it should be fine. P/S: i unrooted my phone and used triangle away to reset the binary counter. however i have a tonne loads of Root apps on my phone they didn't seem to bother though.
