i found out that the icons wouldn't change after a certain app has an update on the icons. what seems to be the problem?

Eg, Astro file explorer has a change of icon but it doens't change on mine.

tried. i am wondering is it caused by the blue theme that i am using

i have a problem with the screen. sometimes the colour on the screen is all washed off. the dark colour looks lighter. anyone had this problem before? normally after the screen goes off and comes back, it would be fine again. i had this problem after i changed the screen with Samsung last month. anyone faced this before? thanks
