I understand from your point of view. But i already did research and called the winds technology center on the warranty coverage parts. I asked them to spell out to me exactly one by one what are the warranty coverage parts and for how long. to my suprise, they cover the whole phone for 4 years except batt, headphones, charger and any other accessories that comes with it.Personally, I think thats kind of cool.

Personally i would avoid AP Set due to their "good" reputation in honoring their warranty
How is the reputation of that AP Supplier??

I will avoid Ap set of Sony's phones cos at a slight cheaper price in exchange of those Sony's freebies ea car charger, tags or HDMI cables. Package wouldn't have different thou for Samsung or HTC phones regards ori & AP.

i thought only xperia s came bundled with HDMI cables? TX also got mer? O_o

I dont think tx ori set will bundle with hdmi cable coz dont have hdmi port.unbox video from others country also no hdmi cable.but mybe as a free gift include car charger.
