look like there are a lot a lot of loan reject... many ppl just try their luck since booking fee is only 1k, and just pay almost 4K to own a unit, thats really attractive...

this property suits for those small potato investor like me.. biggrin.gif

actually... for those developer which provide DIBS, those interest already counted in the psf... they offer high psf with DIBS or low psf without DIBS... all are marketing strategy....

u are the first one i heard that buying for own stay smile.gif... are u staying in kajang for a long time d? what makes u switch to this area...

just got to know today from my fren, he bought pearl avenue 2 years ago with 230k and currently got buyer asking 340k for 1100sqft.... boom!!!!

location wise, which part of kajang u like? sg chua area or mutiara heights area?

my fren from kajang said mutiara heights is a very convenience place where surrounding by highways... but go in go out also got to pay toll.. smile.gif

whats the reason for some banks to provide so bad interest rate to this project ha? i thought -2.4 is the normal rate... i just completed a loan application for another property for MBB also getting -2.4, but why not this ler ??
