How would it affect us if the VP is after GST?

Behind Mutiara Villa its on the other side right, too much development there cant even remember which side is which.

What are they expecting ? Why would everyone suddenly wanna stay here till they build so many condos?

When we can start sell it off?
Can we sell it off now or only when 100% done ?
