Ivory is a better build than Pearl. You cant compare it .

How did TLS manage to sell off all their condo units there? Its amazing at the amount take up.

Agreed, the outlook is horrendous. Hopefully they will improve soon.

They were suppose to do a fly over around the area , not sure if that's still on progress. To avoid the traffic problem.

Any reason why you selling? Unless you bought it at the first place for purely investment purpose.
