I think the new launch will complete later then the IR, so there's a gap for IR investors to plunge into market first.

What happened to the flyover project the developers were saying to bypass the traffic light? Anyone knows.

Anyway I just came back from viewing the Ameera Residences, the SA says the developer plan to sell IR block C starting at least 500k when they open for sales.

I dont think theres anyone here who failed to obtain loan. The units are sold out about a couple of months already.

Yes it is between 3 to 4 km away and has a park and ride facility.

Hopefully not a high rise and the forest view isn't completely gone unless they build a high rise off course.
