A mall would flourish there. I hope the build quality is good. So far, the outer paint looks depressing.

They have to finished doing the roads towards the building as well, drainage and what not.

I bought to sell , but now seeing the price didn't go up as high as I wished it was I thinking of staying maybe.

No Block A is the most dense, with highest number of units per floors. I think you got mixed up.
