I bought to sell , but now seeing the price didn't go up as high as I wished it was I thinking of staying maybe.

Actually befor I also brought for invest from starting, due to parent will stay together so decided for own stay, feel here environment compare with KL is better.

Mrt hasnt complete yet. Not much benefits of selling it upon VP. Why not keep it for another 1-2 yrs. Then you'll at least be able to benefit from the upgraded transportation line.

Ya make sense , but with Ameera, Oasis 1 , Oasis 2 and who knows what other condo projects coming in future , will it be that easy to sell?
