Anyone know that for IR....cost of MOT for changes from Master Title to Strata Title will be bear by who? Developer or Buyer?

Yes, but normally not that fast, 3-4 years only get that documents ~ depend on developer

Seems like it with lights on. If they really do, that's good for them and for the buyers. Plus points to TLS.
