U or him has any condo to let go? Budget about S$ 1 M good rental yield.

Or U guys collecting properties like collecting stamp?

just talked to the CEO of a Malaysian brokerage firm today. he told me he bought 3 condos in Puteri Harbour, Iskandar, at RM500psf to invest. He said there is no secondary market. But when the price shot up to RM1000psf then gone case.

now, the new launch at Puteri Harbour is already RM1000psf and Iskandar is like no man land, much much much worst than Cyber.

Cyber condos launched at what price? RM500 or 600psf? I think it is cheap cheap cheap!!!

We need MNCs and colleges. Sure can absorb those small condo units.

Puteri Harbour ever lauch RM 500 psf?

Problem now is no subsale market. This is why must die die hold.

From the plan, it is "guarantee" because 90% MRT will hit there.

Anyway, Iskandar will only success if Singaporean buying for retirement. It may happen, but it will be a long time wait.

Even GR super link asking price of Rm800K can have club house facilities how can SG superlink at Rm1.0mil+ has no club house facilities???
I guess buyers paying a million would expect somthing different in standard housing development.
