You have to understand that the "other" forum is mainly investor tai kors. They might not see CBJ in longer run yet as short term value to materialize is not ommph enough. Hence longer term holding power is a must here, where the sifus might be more interested with the moolah elsewhere for faster gain.

While here, i can see quite a number of people would purchase a unit to stay or retire. There are some investors aiming to rent *cough* , or flip *cough* *cough*, but a good mixture for those who prefer this place to stay.

I for one would prefer to move from everything-is-there-but-jammed-all-day-and-day PJ to this place (provided i am able to grab an SEG island unit).

Today I have the chance to view my unit at GR. Unfortunately there are still no electricity at all the units. I'm not sure how come they can give VP to us. So I decided not to take the keys yet. I already talk to the SA, he said most probably by early of Jan 2013 can be ready. So far there are ppl moving in already for 2/3 storey superlinks houses at Cassia. Jacaranda still no ppl. Currently subsale for 3 storey semi D around RM1.65m. Kindda good price tho.

Below are the pic i took for your view  So far my unit all are in good condition. Kindda happy with their work. Jacaranda consist of 3 story semi Ds and 3 Storey bungalows

The last properties cycle just passed, with the huge supply from developer, it is hard to find short term gem.

The interest rate is moderate, compare to high price properties, rental yield is not attractive.

CYBER and Putra JAYA is a big NO ! period .

Once cyberjaya has more companies to work for, and an LRT/MRT connection to central KL, i'd live in cyberjaya in a heartbeat. Planned townships > Urban mess.

i am also hoping to see LRT/MRT connect to Cyber although majority may not need it.
