The last properties cycle just passed, with the huge supply from developer, it is hard to find short term gem.

The interest rate is moderate, compare to high price properties, rental yield is not attractive.

Once cyberjaya has more companies to work for, and an LRT/MRT connection to central KL, i'd live in cyberjaya in a heartbeat. Planned townships > Urban mess.

i am also hoping to see LRT/MRT connect to Cyber although majority may not need it.

that was during 1997 whereby only SETIA HARUMAN and MKLAND is the only developer that screw things up

now all the big taikors and infra is in especially mex hiway.
