The followings are my observation in my last visit to Cyber:-
1). Harvey Norman big warehouse / commercials will be in Selangor Science Park 2 (written on SSP2 panel).
2). Houston Grills restaurant - good quality food with reasonable price.
3). Sejati Residences - Super LV - all sold out except the corner units with bigger parcel of land. Their show unit (semi-D and bungalow) are nice but club house is kind of too small.
4). SEG - Semi-D phase (lepironia garden) structural frame works ongoing. LV units - piling still ongoing.
5). Massive big land clearing opp of SR - dun know what they are building especially it's commercial title.
6). Traffic is more and notice some luxury cars there.
7). Pangaea - Ground works completed and now is level 2 i think.

Rushing to Penang for holidays, thus didnt spend much time there but overall cyberjaya is moving on the right track and 3 years down the road start to see as a more vibrant city.

Was driving along north south expressway just now from bangi heading to KL. Noticed that there is a big advertisement written that "IOI Resort City Mall Dibuka Hujung 2014". Its really a good sign to boost up prop at southern klang valley especially Cbj, putrajaya, kajang n SK. Cant wait to see their mall!

Only 1 unit with Verdi@958sqft. Will only choose units with at least 2 car parks while not being able to afford the more luxurious units   It's a place I may want as a home, or as a place to rent out. For selling, it's won't be immediate after VP. At least a couple of years after that, depending on whether I'm in dire needs of cash or not then.

I m still considering to buy a unit at Tamarind sq. The price can double by 2020.
