Macam curi nama leh. Brother Soros007 want to complain liao. Hehe.

Ecolake @ Cyberjaya South!

“An Abode within Abode”

Ecolake City is certainly a piece of heaven on earth. Located in Dengkil – a stone’s throw away from Putrajaya, Cyberjaya and KLIA – Ecolake City is surrounded by a body of water with weeping willows swaying their graceful branches, welcoming you as you enter the vicinity. Furthermore, there are three types of residence for you to call abode – Semi-detached homes and bungalow units; condominiums and apartments. And believe us; once you’re in, you will refuse to leave.

一;

二;
资料如下 :http://mynusaputra.blogspot.com/ ... n-cyberjaya_02.html

三;

http://www.thestar.com.my/Busine ... ation-of-MaGIC.aspx

Singapore only good working place. The rest can forget it.

Try take MRT during peak hour. Ah-Gong spend 30 years to build. But like sardine, & this year alone closed to 80+ failure cases.

KL MRT Line 1. Many very excited wow. Once try, many rich will ask u to forget it. Haha.

Doubt it. Cyberjaya's now actually crowded during lunch hour, this is not even with the shopping mall being completed. Putrajaya actually has traffic jam now at after office hour.

Population increase definitely means people have to start looking for homes further away from KL, sooner or later.

Great information about discount @ Putrajaya:

[quote=my44,Oct 28 2013, 12:52 AM]
I guess spewing brainless accusation and trolling about his Cyberjaya superiority is fine but trying to correct the FUD is deemed sarcastic? I often post here in a nice way even when seeing blatant sweeping statement with no grain of truth. But for some reason, his countless mentions about the incorrect 15% bumi discount (here and in his treasured Cyberjaya thread) really took the cake.

So here's a summary. Perhaps he could print this and post-it on his work desk so that he will be mindful on how his trolling can tick people off:

- 25% discount for govt staff, all races
- 15% discount for Petronas staff, all races
- 7% discount for Bumi who are neither govt staff or Petronas

- xx% discount + early pick for nice units for SP Setia staff, all races
- xx% discount + early pick for nice units for IJM staff, all races
- xx% discount + early pick for nice units for YTL staff, all races

Lower assessment rate on the cards for Cyberjaya folk:

http://www.starproperty.my/index.php/artic...cyberjaya-folk/

SOME developers and residents in Cyberjaya may be able to enjoy a lower assessment rate.

Sepang Municipal Council (MPSp) president Mohd Sayuthi Bakar hinted that the announcement of the new rate might be made at the Sepang Towards Green Growth and Sustainable Development seminar on Nov 26 at Cyberview Resort and Spa.

He said buildings with a green certificate and homes equipped with green technology such as solar panels may enjoy the lower assessment rate.

“However, this is yet to be confirmed,” said Sayuthi after the council’s full board meeting yesterday.

The incentive is similar to what Petaling Jaya residents are enjoying.

He added that the seminar was one of the initiatives by the council to make Cyberjaya a low-carbon city.

Sayuthi said the developers would be briefed on how to manage their construction sites to reduce pollution.

“Heavy vehicles at these sites add to the pollution in the area,” he said.

Meanwhile, he assured Taman Putra Prima residents in Puchong that the council was looking into building a community hall.

The residents had asked for a community hall during a town hall meeting on Oct 28.

“The land is available and we are looking for a developer to help fund the project,” he said.

He added that if no developer was found, the council would bear the cost.

Short Shorts Film Festival Asia lights up Cyberjaya:

http://www.limkokwing.net/media/news/short...s_up_cyberjaya/

Back for its fourth year in Malaysia, the Short Shorts Film Festival & Asia 2013 is having a special two-day screening of this year’s best submissions at Limkokwing University of Creative Technology’s Cyberjaya campus on 29th and 30th October 2013. This marks the first time a Malaysian university plays host to the esteemed festival. The event will promote the university’s engagement with the global film industry and provide a unique educational platform for the students of its Faculty of Communication, Media and Broadcasting.

Each day will consist of two screening sessions where six films will be shown for each session. There are also industry workshops conducted by companies such as Sony and Cinema 4D on various topics such as script writing, video production, animation and industry innovations. Among the must watch for this year’s festival includes the Grand Prix winner ‘The Mass of Men’ by UK director Gabriel Gauchet and the Audience award winner, ‘She’ from Korean director Seong-Hyeok Moon.

“We would like to create and encourage young minds with good quality short films in the hope that they will learn and be inspired to create quality short films. That is the objective behind this event other than enjoying watching these short films of course,” says Bea Tanaka, one of the Producers of SSFFA in Malaysia.

The Short Shorts Film Festival & Asia was born 15 years ago in Harajuku Tokyo as a way to introduce the Japanese audience to the world of short films. Since then, the festival has taken seven national tours with over 140,000 audience members as well as international tours in Los Angeles, Singapore, Mexico and Malaysia. This festival is the only film festival in Japan to be recognized by the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences as an official qualifier of short films for the Academy Awards nomination.
