Any buyers of this project at LYN? Is it going to vp in June? When can you move in and what is the status of the commercial retail/clubhouse?

As heard, P1/P2 June and P3 Dec. Dun think can make it so early.

No signs of starting work for commercial/clubhouse.

Added on September 1, 2012, 10:46 amIs Aspen bungalow part of Garden Residence? Received an sms, got bonsai talk today at 1pm. Wonder if they are serving refreshments.

Heard from the SA that P1 Clover will increase price by RM200K this week. Still considering whether to buy at TP or GR. Liked the GR layout especially the split unit but wife prefers TP at the moment as the clubhouse & security are established and available to view while GR is not.. pening..

Yes, Aspen is the 3.5s bglw with lift at GR. MS quite generous one, they serve good food when they do promotion and it's quite often.

It depends where u work and frequent too. if u r more towards puchong and subang side, perhaps GR is a better choice. If nearer Kl side, TP better?

Well, it was 2010, GR was just doing their groundworks but TP has ready house, club and facilities. We wanted to move asap. That was why or else I may have opt for GR.

Why are you comparing TP and GR? 2 diff places.
