Im oso bored edi.. so use both cm9 n cm10.. until the leak..not so much progress can see..

Hey guys.. Im actually using the resurrection remix rom v 3.0.6 and everything is working fine for 2 weeks then my phone started to hang alot.

Countless restart and its still the same and i had to recover back to the original ROM and nothing happened after.

anyone has have this kind of problems before ?

happend to me also .. reflash also same ...

so change to supernexus till now ...wait till next rr rom ..

I m using RR v3.0.6 as well. Working fine for 2 weeks with some FC and had my 1st power off last nite. RR really buggy on JB. Could it be siyah? I hope their next version is stable.

Sept 9 build for more than a week.
Amazing, seems bug less.

I never get the volume off bug, unable answer call first time bug, notification bar missing toggle bug. Google talk working now,

There is a newer nightly, but I'm not going to fix something not broken. Too happy wit current ROM.

Was bored n flash back cm9 as well yesterday. Yeah it's stable. But damn JB is way smoother. Alot less noticable lags here n there.

For stock ROM users, XWLPT is a pretty stable base.
You can look for custom ROM that based on this version.

I tested it, and like all Samsung based, whenever a force close happen, phone totally freeze for 10 seconds, this is one big bug that I cannot accept. Back to aosp for me.

Guys wanna ask is the below CM10 stable? Is it base on JB rom?

cm10 = JB
cm9 = ics

Nah i mean in app scrolling and such, there is a diff in smoothness. I have no problem with launcher scrolling cos it has always been smooth.

browser and general scrolling is truly awesome in jellybean. no doubt.

but for me in cm9, the jb animations does help out abit.
it gives the feel thats its faster witout cause instability, so...why not?

oh ya, forgot to mention, the google now mod for ics,
i did flash it awhile back, i got sod few times. not sure they are related or not but i removed it.

right now i can really say my s2 in peak condition.
~cm9 sept9 nightly upgrade from cm9.1 stable no wipe
~flash JB animations zip
~wipe cache,dalvic, fix permission.
~reboot.

no trouble since then, not going to mess with it at all for a long long time.
i just want a good phone with no prob/sod/annoying bugs.

the thing i really like and very useful in JB is the camera and gallery.
on ICS, install "camera JB+" app, you get the perfectly working JB camera&gallery.
where can pinch to preview and swipe to delete.

Hi, anyone using the pre-install Google Maps Navigation?
It said Navigator not available in your country. Even offline maps is not available..WT...
I search it online, and they say only available in few country, I wonder why would google not making it available for everyone..
Can we actually break it?

You know, apart from the memleak (very irritating) on CM10, i find that it have less bug than CM9. And a better overall experience.

what is memleak? can describe more?

cm9 is very stable even in 9.0 stable version, no hang, force close, battery good.
just the bugs that i mention before last time.

but surprisingly in the nightly i'm using no more bugs d. at least i hope no new one will pop out.
its been 2 weeks since using it.

Memory leak. the ram use will not be release until one point your device will slow down and you have to reboot to solve it. Need JB sources to fix.

With JB i also got no FC, no hang similar batt. Just that mem leak. I will probably go back to JB next nightly.

antt00 do u know what is the permission for gps.config in system/etc? i replace it with the default config but forgot what permission i should set to

has anyone successfully use this..
