Does anybody here knows how can I watermark different sizes, but the watermark remains the same size? meaning the watermark actually scaling to the actual image size? photoshop? ctrl+ T to resize? if you wan like robot batch doing all images then i duno |

So I was wondering, with the release of D600, seems like lots of DX users are planning to upgrade to FX. But looking at the upgrade costs (around rm8k for D600 and one FX lens), probably it's better to stay with DX and buy a 70-200mm instead.
Is a body change (DX to FX) marginally better than a 70-200mm on DX? :\ |

A D600 vs D800 ISO performance review by fstoppers.com,
http://fstoppers.com/the-first-real-world-...n-d600-iso-test Seems like the D600 is similar to the D800! |

If for hobby, the depend if you have the $$ and willing to spend. Is a body change (DX to FX) marginally better than a 70-200mm on DX? :\ D600 is Full Frame Sensor, obviously there will be a lot of difference overall. Again, depends what are you using the camera for? what do you shoot? do you need it? Got $$? Willing to spend? Upgrading to FX you might want to get an FX lens to fully utilize the focal length and MP (FX lens means there's more $$ involved aside from the body itself); of course, you can still use the DX mode and make do, all depends on you. One more thing, put your eye to the viewfinder on a FX body, you will see something different already. This post has been edited by Andy214: Sep 20 2012, 09:29 AM |

QUOTE(yfyap69 @ Sep 20 2012, 09:34 AM) Yea, one thing really not satisfied with DX viewfinder, wanna magnify it bigger to see more clearly, But FX sensor, will bring overall improvements also. Besides, according to fstoppers link posted by CY above, he also mentioned in the comment, the D600 is slightly better than the D700 (suppose he mean image quality, noise, etc.) After all, bigger sensor surely is different, just like when we move from a smaller sensor (let's say M4/3 to a APS-C sensor DSLR. So, moving to Full Frame is another leap. Of course, as mentioned before, it depends on the individual needs, the purpose, $$$, etc. |

I'm wondering if the D600 grip style is similar to D7000, or uses the newer design like the D800?
Side note, MB-D12 what's the market price like ah? I kept hearing 'expensive'... I checked SSK.com, RM1288 >_< so what's the street price like? |
