Depends what are you using the camera for. If for hobby, the depend if you have the $$ and willing to spend.
D600 is Full Frame Sensor, obviously there will be a lot of difference overall. Again, depends what are you using the camera for? what do you shoot? do you need it? Got $$? Willing to spend?
Upgrading to FX you might want to get an FX lens to fully utilize the focal length and MP (FX lens means there's more $$ involved aside from the body itself); of course, you can still use the DX mode and make do, all depends on you.

One more thing, put your eye to the viewfinder on a FX body, you will see something different already.

Yes, the viewfinder.....That is wha make me pull the trigger....

So your current lens?
Did you change or?

Trade in my 35 mm 1.8G for the 24-85 f2.8-f4. Still keeping my 85 mm 1.8G and the Tamron 18-270 PZD (for travel use)

Not sure got anyone own or uses that before, so very hard to get answer.

Nowadays, you can google and find many reviews, even better, go YouTube, you can find video reviews.
I think DigitalRevTV did review this PZD version before.
*
I used to own the PZD version. It's ok if there is enough light like when you are outdoor or use with flash. It's a good travel lens as it's light weight and also cover a very wide range. Very useful when I visit the zoo with my son. Just sold it today as I upgrade to D600. In terms of sharpness, the non PZD version is sharper at below 100 mm while PZD version is sharper above 100 mm. Check out Photozone for the actual review.

Better have a powerful blower biggrin.gif

Luckily it's just a dust. Easily blown away with normal bulb blower.

Just bought the 24-70. The weight is really heavy. Any suggestion to reduce the stress on the hand?
