reason i buy 50mm 1.8d is because of the first picture bokeh tongue.gif
round kind is too common already.

Just bought a D600 2 days ago, not realizing that it has got some dust-on-sensor problems..its not gonna be that obvious on large apertures right? Well kinda hopinf that nikon solves this prob fast2.. Loving this small camera already tongue.gif smaller to lug around laugh.gif

mat, how's ur D600? Any dust/oil probs yet?

So far checking my 2-days-old D600's sensor, no sign of visible dusts yet up to f16..hmmm duno when its gonna appear sweat.gif

Bro hearing your problem and how it is consistent even when using different PC & OS, I would strongly ask you to take your camera to Nikon service center for professional testing. I'm using the same camera with class 4 sdcard and I have not encountered this problem yet. To me this camera suites me fine and as Apple would say, "It just works". I feel that its either your camera or your sdcard.

No la boss..currently owning both system..but still not rich as u lah laugh.gif

Btw, read at dpreview that there will be a scratch infront of the mirror,that might cause the dust problem..if its true, this might leads to something worse. Quite sad such a high end product got kena this sweat.gif

Hope mine will never kena lol

Ho ho nice nice!! Hopefully urs wont kena and if kena oil spill due to nikons negligence maybe they will clean the sensor for you for free biggrin.gif

Ps i got my sensors cleaned in mv today took 30minutes but i didnt have time to wait so only came back 4 hours later! Nikon did a great job! Even asked them to clean the plastic in the eyecup! Looks brand new now haha

actually it can be done under 5 min.. for cleaning the sensor.. very easy one.. if u see how they do it, i think everyone wanna do yourself..
