hehe our d600 also got dust on sensor. quite shocking.

The D600 has some shutter gap thingy which causes dust to get into the sensor right?

yaya got a few milimeters gap in the shutter. i hope they will fix this problem soon, i want to get a d600 as well.
it should be manufacturing problem kan?

How do you check if there is dust/grease smear ? I just got my D600 as well. Not from the Nikon fair in Megamall laa.

set f/22 or the smallest aperture u got and point to very bright source of light and snap a pic. if its pure white then ur sensors clean. if got spots then well.. go clean ur sensor biggrin.gif
or this method cannot use on d600?

until nikon recognize tat its a problem, there will not be an official response / solution. Just like my SGSS3 got cracks but since Samsung dun recognize the problem not under warranty they say cry.gif cry.gif

yeah..until nikon recognize..heard the D800's left focusing system had probs on earlier batches which nikon just kept quiet..its kinda sad that a RM6xxx product got some flaws sweat.gif

Hey albert! I think I've used your camera before Haha during KLPF when Hafiz was holding it I thought it was Hafiz 1 until he told me it was someone sitting beside him I instantly gave him back lols.. It was an AF-D lens if I am not mistaken biggrin.gif

Unlikely, different league of lens haha... only time when the f/2.8 VR 2 will drop is when 3rd gen appears.
