Guys, I saw a building coming up along the same area as Silk Residence, but it has a Japanese sounding name as the contractor.  Is that the contractor for Silk buidling?

No. RPGT is based on capital gains (profit) and not how much you paid.

Bro, I also received the Cheras Hong Soon letter.
Initially, i was thinking....why so rush since this weekend is CNY.

Mine appointed solicitors is KS Lim & Ong.
If you read carefully from Cheras Hong Soon, the letter is dated 19th Feb 2013...meaning we still have almost 3 weeks
10 days from now and 14 days from 19th.

Tried calling the solicitors...no answers....i guess will try again next week.

5) letter of Offer
