Bro, I also received the Cheras Hong Soon letter.
Initially, i was thinking....why so rush since this weekend is CNY.

Mine appointed solicitors is KS Lim & Ong.
If you read carefully from Cheras Hong Soon, the letter is dated 19th Feb 2013...meaning we still have almost 3 weeks
10 days from now and 14 days from 19th.

Tried calling the solicitors...no answers....i guess will try again next week.

I've just signed LO from RHB yesterday.
BLR-2.4% unfortunately but i managed to add MRTA (5 years) + 6k for legal fees.

The developer separates the parking from the unit price. Hence you will see housing loan + loan for parking.

I think there are still available. SA say those who failed to get loan will be release by batch ... say la, could be their sticker game thinggy.
Drop by the sale office and give them you contact, prolly they will call you in a few days time, happen to me.
