Bro, my offer now is 90% - 2.3BLR, but Kelly seem force me to take 40 years 290k MRTA and now appeal for me 20 years 290k MRTA. Who should i deal with to get -2.4 BLR and minimum MRTA tenure?

hi bro,,, this project uob set already , only able get blr -2.3 wt 90% which are the best for this moment..
but mrta... em.... my self take wt my friend in uob,, the amount of protect and tenure is up to me... so,, it mean... mrta is not necessary, just because the loan people... you wish know more, may call to uob call centre 03-26126121

I would like to talk with those UOB officer directly but Ms. K dont want to give the the details of UOB Officer in charge.

For me, i think 10 - 20 yrs is ok already.

i never met her so i dont hv her card. what company she attached with actually? i think she just a third party arrange for loan application.

sigh ... last year my sis bought a house and she told me that she only need a guarantor but i think i didn't know that she meant joint name for the house. I just simply sign all the documents ... Now Ms K told me CCRISS report shows that this is my 3rd property leow.

But my bro in law is also working as mortgage one. He now help me to settle this. He submit another new app form for my sis and now she is using her name to apply only as her income now is qualified. So by doing this, it will remove my name from her loan. Hopefully this will work. I am in the midst of discussing with Ms K.

If not, then bye bye to SILK jor coz i don have the additional 20% for the dp. I have allocated most of my fund to something else ... SIGH!

not sure why they mark up the price ?

Anyway anyone still recall previous price is how much before marking up ?
