No. It should be based on how much the bank has already dispersed to the developer (progressive interests). If bank pays for mrta, then the interests would be for that as well.

Usually for 1st two years, interests would be low....again depends on how much bank released money to developer...

by right when we sign the S&P, there will be a forecast breakdown on how much the bank will disburse to the developer ... then based on the amount and we serve the interest ... that's what my experience told me but i not sure now is it still the same.

Hi all,

I've got approval frm UOB and HLB. Not interested with MBB package. Any other panel to be added in soon???
Shall we sign the LO first? Forgive me asking such question as im newbie ^.^

different game play bro, other new launching project selling more than rm 400psft. premium price for SA to sell. More commission.

Ours is less than rm300psft. SA commission is kuchimiao also.

Besides, i dont like entertained by or with SA, most are liars. Plain liar.

I booked this to lock the selling price. wait wait wait i still dont lose nothing. I lose some few bucks for the interest on the rm5k deposit oni.

As long the site got something slowly done, im satisfy to wait for the SNP and Loan

Unlike others still covered with bushes and nothing done at all.

i think Majlis Perbandarn kajang is very kind to let the developer to complete the earthwork until the BP is secured. If for other council like shah alam or subang, no BP, site also cannot start any earthworks.

The devloper can choose to bulldoze further, if council found out no permit to do that, will slap will stop work order and penalized RM50k. No joke

Last time MPKJ very quiet and less premium project, but since 2010 due to MRT line to Kajang, now they busy like HELL, Where got time to check this check that. Just approve approve approve to get more contribution fee and ISF. Good for contribution for next general election. Thats how the way works.

Like this when they coming checking will simply do it lol. Last time i still remember when they come checking my management told me that MPKJ have not approved somethings. So developer must change it if not cannot get CF.

no worry, sometime authority lack of checking, but we still got professional Architect and consultants team to execute accordingly to regulations and UBBL

i know some are liars or some even not knowledgeable enough to share the information. but i think at least give us some information rather than just keep saying few more weeks few more weeks. Seems like nothing is confirmed.

I think mostly developer will hear what council saying because of CF.

aiyo.. I need to forget this development... Sure bank unable to approve my loan.. tot want to apply together with the other prop, but CCRIS already recorded the other loan.. this one cannot make it.. smile.gif
