I have surveyed this area... at the moment, this area is considered medium salary range area.

hopefully , this area by 2016 will boom with all those car showrooms up... look at ard the curve full of carshow rooms

I also agree on this bro ... more and more car showrooms over there. Even the batu 9 toll there also building VW show room.
Still hoping a mega mall around that area

Anyway, is good to have more car showrooms in that area. In my opinion, if foriegn cars willing to come this area and invest thier time to setup a carshowroom or car maintenance plant. This is a good sign

firstly, ppl living those area are not living too bad right ? they can afford foreign cars.

secondly , it will be definitely convenient for us who own foriegn cars for maintenance purpose.

Hence i can forsee this location is good for future development bar that cemetery. as is said, i dun really care about that cemetery since im living in condo... im not buying landed

yalor, especially nowaday most cars comes with 5 year free warranty, really need those service centre to be as near as possible

is ur price after discount?...ok previously i ask for L6 corner, SA told me 330k?
