Nowaday Factory Lot can become Commercial use for Hyper Market. Just noticed the Segi Fresh shifted from Tanming to kg baru perindustrian balakong. Very funny move by MPKJ!

Not much progress except got billed RM12k for car park like less than a month ago. My carpark are side by side, near to lift. What a relief.

I called up cheras hong soon for registration over their new coming project as SILK RESIDENCE 2. The staff mentioned might be launch 2 or 3 months later and if not by this year.

look at the other side, parking near lift lobby also got dilemma, easily kena scratch or block by car for dropping or offloading something.
