C) High Floor (30th) - RM337,500 (add premium 1500 per floor) . RC frame 10% = 33,750 x 4.2% p.a. x for 20 months = RM 2362

Actually it is very marginal. Why choose low floor? Because when come to subsale, lowest floor and high floor selling the same market rate.

Depends personal reference, high density building like this, lift waiting time will be madness, wait till you experience lift breakdown, only 1 lift servicing, then you will yelling up there why you bought so high. Higher floor, sound echo will be louder, you can try experience these fun.

Your got the key word already. So dont compare commercial with residential. You know you will get sub par products. Are you expecting double layer glazing for highrise residential? you think developer will provide you 6 lifts with different zoning of servicing? Maybe you can get such for condo above rm800psft. Else, have to deal with it for choosing high floor. Last time i did climbing 13th floor of staircase due to all lifts breakdown strike by lightning, the torturing is wonderful.
