frankly, i feel 500psf for SR2 is quite expensive
i would choose nearer to KL area with same price

Equine park (Sri Kembangan) now also asking for 500psf. Nearer to KL (if new one) it will be >500psf.

err...i currently staying in 1 of landed props built by them ok ar, workmanship better than some bigger developer. Additionally, maintenance should be under JMB responsibilities in the long run...

that's true... Just pity those late comers. Of course the higher they increase, the better for those who already own a/few unit(s) in SR1. Just feel that it's a bubble if the price keep increasing too fast smile.gif

Walle gor..... you know where is the balakong Toyota. The site is next to it only. Beside the silk highway. It is about 1.5km nearer to SR1 if u from the Mines.
