Not much progress except got billed RM12k for car park like less than a month ago. My carpark are side by side, near to lift. What a relief.

Heard that Silk Residence 2 gonna be around Rm430+/- per sf for unfurnished unit 1000sf++ while furnished SOHO is much more pricy. Still can consider since new launching keep coming up in this area.

Bought less than 300psf.

i was expecting 400psf+ now but it will there soon. More after 3yrs.

SR1 cannot be 490psf right now. later before completion is possible.

My friend just booked Amerin after discount of 7% plus whatever rebatw etc...... becomes 399k for 850sf, in summary 470psf.

Belakong is booming.

Price cannot be low 400psf imo. Rm430 to 450psf ok kuah in view the transformation of the rboth side of highways like showrooms n new launching. I hope VP can reach 500psf if not much weak holders or flippers.
