SR1 doesnt even have sample house to look at...just a plain empty sales office, I doubt SR2 will have it.

bcs they are still anunch of cina man...thats why price still cheap.

if they sell at high price like sime property, uem... sure no one book.

their price not really cheap lar, SR2@500-600psf, sg long tanming indah 2 link house from 1m, sg long semi-d from 1.4xm
Their strategy are mark up the price, the rebate 10% so u just pay booking & some fees and then pay the banks.....

only those who don't visit uncle lim & hold the land

It's RM500-600 per square feet. It's for the price, not for the size.
