So for Owners whom plan to sale out their unit need to include this to claim back from subsale owners.
No Property Management company at maintenance office. All the staff there belongs to CHS. They are doing inhouse management for 1 year untill JMB formed.
No any restriction for Renting to foreigners. But I prefer dun rent to Africans as it will start off with 1 units & spread up very quickly & lower our condo value.

No Grill at front door. but you may install one any design. No restriction.
For the master bedroom Grill, must follow as per balcony design to have the uniform look.
(But the question is can CHS really make sure owners install as per balcony design).
Given chances, we do hope to form a property management team for silk residence owner too.
We have a team that are specialist and focusing on The Heritage currently and we are proud to say The Heritage is doing quite well for the rental and Subsales market. Our team do restrict the types of tenant whereby we do not rent the unit to African since around 2 years ago. So we hope we can do the same at silk residence too if given chance.
