i think it's common nowadays. Developer launch new project, may be 50% sold to public, another 50% keep it ... Developer launching at launching price already earn $$, then keep it and once completed, do subsales and sell it at the after completed price. Earn again

Can see that the operator chop all the tree down. Hope they will build a nice concrete fence instead.

Actually they burnt it ... but honestly speaking, no need to build concrete wall to block it, i think proper landscaping would transform the area already. Even now the holy land is very obvious, i don't feel anything when i drive through it everyday. I will take a look at it ...

If proper landscaping is done, it will beautify the place and i think that's more than enough

Thats what Im thinking, they must have some plan otherwise why bother to do that.

i really hope they don build the high concrete wall to block it looo ... sigh ... just plant some plant and flowers in front will do kua....

even if they want to build wall that also doesn't make sense. The natural fence is free why need to spend more to build a concrete wall? Are they doing this because of silk condo? I wonder what the developer instructed them to do...
