Added on September 7, 2012, 3:03 pmbro, never says never. Long time ago in klang valley already got such concept. For example, in taman melawati, there are shop lots which top floor are like 1 room concept (around 200ft2), those tenants share the same common toilets.

I know because i got TARC friend rent there last time

My master bedroom is 200 sq ft. I think it would be very hard for me to live in a 200 sq ft studio unless I am a student, bachelor or senior citizen.
