Steady aim + CTW will rock some serious DPS I don't know if my teammates were using steady aim though.

Yeah, we used cold SoJ on the two HA users. So everyone benefits from the snare effect. Free 15% bonus damage. We didn't use Steady Aim tho.

By the way, I could have played Cluster Arrow -Dazzling Arrow to activate the chill effect of my Cold SoJ.

what's the point? If you wanna fully benefit from CTW, use HA.

The snare is like 1 sec max and CA is not a skill that you can spam like HA. just my two cents =D

...with calamity, my DH can spam CA once per sec so the target should be perma-chilled (more or less). Anyway, I'm fond of performing crowd control duties rather than dpser.

...when used with Companion -bat, grenades -sg, grenadier (passive), SoJ & Calamity. By the way, CA -LfB replenishes quite a significant amount of discipline (from the effects of Night Stalker) which funded the Preparation -Punishment.

Entangling shot could be used too.

For the DPS dealers, I reckon SA should be preferred over CTW. It is best if you can use both SA + CTW of course (by dropping Archery for example)

entangling does not slow uber and elite
As moba said I also prefer to crowd control if i'm on a team
Ur dps is no use if ur dead

Just tried it on inferno elites and Diablo and it does slow them.
