U cn catch a few adult JRTs in page 6 of dis thread. All dogs look cute ven dey r pups, but dey grow up pretty fast n d cuteness may soon fade away. So b very sure of wat u r looking 4 in a dog, cute alone isnt a good reason 4 getting a dog.

Short legged JRTs can grow up to anything between 10"-14" at d withers.

Nairud's JRT, Piper, just hd a litter so u may wanna check dem out in 2 mths time.

at what length should the tail be docked? Terrier.com states that cut off only 1/3 of the length but i think it's kinda long.

I saw piper's pic oredi.. Benni.. no idea. Benni is suposed to be smooth coat and have short legs issit?

U can catch a glimpse of Benni on pg 6, between Piper n Groovy. Broken coat with short legs. Very playful n good temperament. Bit yappy .

Pup size dunno lah. Ven adult, tail shld ideally bout 4 inches just enuf 4 owner 2 grab hold off n pull out from underground tunnels ... shld JRT bcom stuck underneath d earth whilst hunting 4 prey.

I know but ... sigh..nvm . The vet has already snipped it. yuck...

anyway, just went to MKA to register the pups and my Kennel name, those staffs there said JRT no need to dock their tails if register...wtf! but i dunno whether they know their stuffs ornot.

The litter should be prefect then. No doubts! What say you grandpa Nairud. Hows the puppies doing.. snap up some photos for us will yea? Regarding the tail, so far I never see any JRT's with tail longer than 4". Maybe ppl here prefer it to look short.

As you noticed, the tails are gone

still undecided on the price. too much effort and time spent on them already. home bred somemore.

Ar, you will feel very hard to sell them off coz all of them are just adorable and summore you took care of them since born. Very hard to let go.
