Yea mine too...

I keep him on a strict diet on Taufu, Rice and Seaweed .. This was recommended by a vet in singapore and it really did improve his health..

He gets rashses from eating stuff with oil, sometimes read meat ( not sure why) salt and anything sweet...
*
Tafu??? this is 1st time i heard about..i tot dog cannot eat beans....if they eat bean they will die....better check with others on this.

In this case I owe u an apology then.. because Jason has not been honest with us and in this case hes no any good of his siblings n mother as well. I feel so sorry for the condition n pls do say sorry for ur fren n all the hassle that v got him into.. Jason is going to pay tomorrow!  vmad.gif  vmad.gif

Btw, did u change ur contact no? Coz I've been trying to contact you and it seems there is no answer.. will call u again soon.
*
No worries....i just angry with Jason for him dumping the dogs when he's not able to look after it....this is a very irresponsible act...ask him will he dump his wife or kids if he having problem taking care of it....

If he;s not prepare to take care of the responsiblity in the 1st place then don't adopt it! A clear cute example of Cute Puppies case!

My mobile still the same. call me out for a yum cha next time okie....cheers..

i just got my JRT, but guys, why is he still so shy? and doesnt bark?

can u suggest a food, brand.. which is to prevent loose stool for the dog?
*
Don't worry....soon your JRT will bark none stop....And will bark at the smallest thing new to him....

QUOTE(nexuz @ Jun 21 2007, 09:55 AM)
my JRT start barking around 4months plus. so no worries, eltan

i'm using NutriEdge. so far so good for my JRT. nicely shaped poo, not too hard not too soft
*
QUOTE(White Palace @ Jun 27 2007, 11:22 AM)
Now I'm feeding Orijen, the stool is just nice, easy to pick up, yet not too dry.
*
I'm feed on Eukanuba alone, with calcium pills, multivitamins, snacks and some human foods...+ some chicken feet dones, pig bones but dfinhately no fish....stools just nice.....

QUOTE(Jenn77 @ Jun 29 2007, 11:33 PM)
Stools hard of soft depends on their diet lor.. sumtimes the food if v mix it with other things like boiled chicken breast n vege's, then the food got abit moisture, may make the stool abit soft.. sumtimes the dog kenot digest the food well also the stool might look abit soft.
*
totally agree......in some cases, the dog will vomit if it really cannot digest the food or have some digestion problem....but that can be easily rectify with constant multivitamin....try to feed your dog with greenies and some ice as well..Greenies is to low the dog body tempt, improves digestion, and to clean teeth...ice is mainly the cheaper ways of doing it minus the digestion effect.

errr, hojeff
where did you get the info that greenies can lower body temp?
*
hmmm...where do i get it huh??? well, it's from my pet food seller and i did read it somewhere in the net. And then, i do look at the ingredient...it does have sodium in the greenies...as sodium is known to help to lower the body tempt if taken in small amount....then now, i guess it should able to lower the body tempt....

Don't hestitae to correct if i'm wrong or to voice out your guys opinions....anyhow we are here to learn rite.... icon_idea.gif

I dont know leh.. Maybe the cert is Dragonlord laaa... Not sure but that's what he told me. He bought from Pet Family (a big pet store in Klang). He said his dad randomly buy one some day without warning.
*
if me, i would never buy from pet shop.i prefer to guy from home breeder..the quality is assured most of the time and it's more responsible. Both my furkids were bought from the same breeder.

The other day i saw a british Bulldog and now hoping to get some space for one....money is not a problem....but rather space...my gf only permit me to have 2 furkids cry.gif . qouta full cry.gif

Yea, I would get from breeder too. But this is my friend's father I'm talking about - he just randomly bought this JRT named Dragonlord the III from Pet Family.

Pet Family get Dragonlord from a breeder and then sells to my friend's dad. Sorry for the confusion.
*
even the pup is from a breeder and sold to a pet shop...there's a chance for the pup to contract a fatal viruses during her / his stay in the pet shop. please ask your fren's dad to do some research before buying more pup in the future. when i bought mine, i did a research for more than 2 months to totally understand the breed and the complications for the JRT.

my JRT is shedding very heavily more than normal. And i notice the skin is quite reddish and fur has shed to an uneven portion and only affect the left neck and a bit on the left body. Is this because of the shampoo? i just change the shampoo for my boy...but my CKC is just fine....please advise.
