in general, both also IPS panel, not much different on the spec....

But the P2314H uses the newer AH-IPS instead of E-IPS, does it really matter lol?

it's does matter but P2314H is not AH-IPS panel lol
closer model you need to upgrade to, is U2413, if you must get AH-IPS panel

I want to buy LED monitor for internet surfing and watching full hd movies. My budget is RM500 to RM600. Any recommendation?

If juz for surfing or watching HD movie any brand & model of LED monitor with support Full HD would be alright & u can get more cheaper than ur budget... But if for gaming is another thing... biggrin.gif

From quick google i found that glossy monitor produce more vibrant color. Any downside if i choose glossy monitor?

I think u are right bcoz my imac (also have glossy panel on screen...) is look more sharp than my Dell U2312HM...

Actually for me that's glossy thing not really a problem juz u need to know how to control ur light source in front of this monitor to reduce reflections... For me i really like the glass panel so not issue at all... Dunno about u... smile.gif
